BALLYMORE BUYS MORE LAND IN DOCKLANDS. Cherryman represented Ballymore - The Financial Times
__________________________________________________

Ballymore is understood to have bought two parcels of land on either side of Pan Peninsula near Canary Wharf, in London's Docklands, which it will redevelop as three or four more residential towers.

The deal comes with the news that the Irish property company has sold an 8,000 sq ft penthouse on the 50th floor of the Pan Peninsula to an unnamed buyer.

Ballymore is expected to announce this week it has completed the sale of all its available flats at the Pan Peninsula. The development will have 790 flats when complete.
